1. I understand I will be expected to travel to Lifes Images (near Spring/Woodlands) for my photo session by Aug 30.
2. I understand that the photo session will require a $100 session fee, to support the Hope Calendar.
3. I understand that selection of participants and images used in the calendar is at the sole discretion of Life’s Images Photography.
4. I have read about the Hope Calendar and understand the project that I am applying to participate in.
