  8. In exchange for my portraits, I give permission to Debi Gomez of Life’s Images Photography to use the images created during my portrait session for professional purposes. These may include, but are not limited to, using images for her portfolio, website, blog, advertising, public display, contests, peer review and publishing. (You will be notified of any publishing beforehand).
    I verify that I am at least 18 years of age and/or the portrait subject’s legal guardian and have the right to sign for the use of their images.
